Default Project is SLOWLY coming along

My 77 Trans Am Smokey and the Bandit LS1/6spd is finally about to get going a little faster, i got the car back from paint today (dropped it off in nov). Now i get to start fitting the engine/trans and making everything work. Here are some pics. Can't wait to get this car back together with a 400+ RWHP LS1

Very cool, but please tell me that's not a real SE that you're putting an LS1 into.

Man, I've always wanted one of those. Those were the best looking 'Birds IMO next to the last generation made. Looks good so far.

The paneling looks very straight. If you study the photos you can see the bodyman did a lot of block sanding. Those cars were never straight from the factory.

I know you loved your 2002 Firehawk, but in the end I think you made a good choice selling it and giving all your attention to this lucky 2nd gen. It's going to be such a stand out when you go on future f-body cruises. A lot of people are going to wish they had your car... including me. Congrats Jack.
