speeding ticket

Anybody have an idea what a 61 in a 35 ticket is going to cost me in Henry county?

I don't know but a similar (28 over) ticket cost me $265 in dekalb co.

I think 30 something over and you have to see the judge.

Even if you plead not guilty and the "court soliicitor" offers you a bargain for your plea to something lesser- you should still expect to pay a fine upwards of $300+. Start saving now, you're going to need it.

Luckily it's only 26 over, but I guess I will call the court tomorrow to find out if I can just pay it or if I have to go to court. I would rather not have a judge look at my driving record before determining a fine.

Less than my drag-racing ticket is going to cost me.

I know that here in Montgomery Co, an aggravated speeding ticket (25 over) is about $235. I've never paid one, but I know people who have.

I've gotten legal advice and am going to try to plea mine down with the prosecutor to that kind of ticket. If I were you I'd probably just pay yours, and not speed excessively for a good lil while. Me, I'm gonna have to cross my fingers and kiss some ***.

Good luck with getting a cheap fine. Wish me luck with my crap.
