I needed to get the car done. I've worried with it long enough. I still need some tires and gauges. Next time I head over to your shop, i wanna do the hose mod and do away with the rubber isolators on the rear...that or just cut the springs.

 

Dude it was awesome, and to top it off with him walking around like a granny for a couple weeks he got poson oak from landing in the brush..

That dude said send him a PM on the eibachs and I did and he sent his paypal address like 2 days later and I asked him if they were still there before I sent the money and he never responded so I duno what happened to him. Im just going to re cut mine, I had a set of cut springs for a couple years with no problem or drivability issues of differencess so Im just going to do that.

 

May just cut mine then. I just can't see spending $200+ on a set of springs. I don't want my car slammed to the ground, just want it level when i get the wheels on.

 

Let me know what time youre heading to Jeff's Saturday. If we're back from getting the windows tinted, I'd like to hear your car WITH exhaust on it lol.

 

You heard it that day at oreilys. All I took off was the two 90's that went to the CME. Im going to try and go early that way I can either go ride or go take this master cylinder out..

Thats me on the springs. As long as you cut a little at a time you'll be fine. The only problem I had was Id cut them, install them and it would still be to high so I cut more to get the right height and then the stupid things settled after a couple weeks and it ended up slammed so I had to buy another set of stock springs and try again..

 

Yeah, I forgot you had the exhaust on then.

Does it screw with the alignment when you lower it (enough to matter)?

I think we've gotta be up in Boaz around 9am. Josh is getting his back glass done and I'm getting everything. Not sure if I want to do the front windshield like I did on my firebird or not...just the 6" or so at the top, not the whole windshield.

Yeah youll need and alignment afterwards. Mines still aligned from when it was lowered so Im good to go.

Shoot be a man and get the whole windshield. Mines done on the Z in 30%. Was done in my truck but when we did it, we thought if we put the strip on top of the tint it wouldnt be as noticeable and it drove me nuts so when I pulled the strip off it messed up the rest of the tint.

 

I would but I dont have PS on my work computer. Company got smart and started scanning PC's for boot leg software so I had to remove CS2 from here. Its on my laptop though.

Congrats on the house. Its sucks dealing with all that stuff. I bought my house 2.5 hrs ago its nice but it sucks having to pay for everything.
