Just go to HPtuners tune section and download a M6 stock tune for you car. Make sure its the same year, 6spd etc. The copy your tune settings to that stock m6 file, change the vin then rewrite the entire PCM.

Give me a sec Ill download you one and Ill attach it to my post so all you need to do is right click save as.

Use the compare feature to copy everything from your current tune to this one I attached. SES lights, VE tables, Timing tables, Speedo, VIN, Fans, Injectors, Flow rate tables, RPM cutoff, Skip shift and so on. In the compare feature it shows you whats different between the two.
Attached Files
File Type: hpt
M6stock.hpt (445.2 KB, 109 views)

Alright You Da Man.. I believe i've got a thumb drive up here at work that I can use. It was rich as hell so maybe I can still work with it. The tune thats in it was for the big *** MS4 cam that was in there. Hopefully its good enough for a break in on the new motor.

I've changed a few things while it was apart so maybe it will still run ok.

If its that bad and the cam isnt to radical then bump the timing tables up to 28* at high rpm, leave the Flow rate tables and just copy over all the trans setting, vin, speedo and DTC's and leave the rest stock. It should run ok like that until you start tunning on it. My F13 ran fine on the stock tune until I got everything worked out then I started adjusting.
