well got something funny when i got to work today, I finished the car up at like 11:30 pm sunday night and left the shop and drove straight to the house, then had to go to work the next morning at the fd @ 0700 so i drove the car straight there, taking in consideration that i was just running straight headers cause the exhaust shop wasnt open in the middle of night lol, so the next morning when i left work cause we work a 24 hr shift i went straight to the exhaust shop and had mufflers put on. Well just so happen that a lady that lives 4 houses down from the station is a attorney and she complained to my chief and also had a official summons from the state of alabama to go to court on a sound violation. Wow what BS O well lol.

Seems alot of people are getting threaten with noise violations. Just had the guy that lives next to me tell me not to crank up my car at 11 at night 
I ran it for about 20 mins on Wed night at about 9 at the latest and this is the first time I have ran it since Nov. Guess I kept them up or something cause he said some people have to work in the morning which I get up just as early as he does and I go to school after working all day and I have no other time to run the car
Oh well he can call the cops if he wants I dont really care

I hate trying to balance a good sounding/performing car with neighbors. I'll leave the house at 6AM a few days a week and I always kinda feel bad for the cold start. I'll creep thru the neighborhood kinda lugging it, getting into 3rd gear in about 50 feet. The worst part about it is that I'd have duals with bullets if it weren't for that 2-3 minute cold start in the morning.
If I could ever figure out how to mount my warlock mufflers under my car then I'd have a decently quiet exhaust until the caps come off, then it'd be a monster. They're just way too big (wide) to fit under the passenger floor pan. I've got no problems beating in the pan, it's the stupid fuel/brake lines that are keeping me from building my duals. My Dana 60/UMI T/A might pushing the clearance more toward the fuel lines too.
My wife and I have already decided that our next house isn't going to be in a neighborhood. The only short term thing that I can think of to fix the loud DD problem is another DD

I think what got them pissed off was me revving it up which I usually dont do but since its been 3 months since it has ran so it wouldnt idle without dying. And I really have no problem with people asking me not to run it late at night but to say it was 11:30 when it was 9 at the latest and to Facebook message me to tell me all this instead of come over to my house really pisses me off man up and confront someone if you have a problem dont do it over the internet 
When I move out I'll def be looking for a house with no one around but its just way cheaper to stay at home right now so I will have to try and keep it down I guess

yea the lady was claiming i cranked it up at 1030pm and at 430am, and that was not the truth, the car was parked a few minutes before 8 pm and i know i didnt crank the car up a 430 in the morning cause i was snoozing, we dont come off shift till 7. As far as my neighbors near my house I dont have any close that would say anything. The only one that might say something I would like for them to come say something about it cause I would jump them about keeping there dogs out of my yard, cause there dogs use my yard for their place to crap. Its all good though now cause the car is parked right now so that i can swap the transmission and I bought a beater car today, its my new hot rod!! lol Ill post a pic of it up in a bit, its awesome and I gave a whoping $400 for it!!!! lol

Hey guys just letting anyone know that if anyone needs a ls1 intake, stock injectors and fuel rails let me know, Im swapping to a ls6 intake this weekend. I'll sell them cheap..cheap if someone wants to come get them.
Also if anyone sees a car for around 500 to 1000 bucks or around that as a beater let me know
I don't care if it has a/c heat, anything...just something to drive.

LMAO!!! My girlfriend lives in a group of town houses and Im pretty sure they get PISSED when I drive the Camaro over there and crank it up at 5:30 in the morning. I can hear it inside the master bedroom over both TVs. So normally I just drive the DD over there.
