If your taking it to engine rebuilders you want have it back in a week. Don's swamped. My dads had a 351 block down there for a month now and last he checked they still hadnt had time to touch it

Well I was planning on taking it to them but figured I would take it to Glen Sheppard up in McCalla. He was going to be the one to balance it all anyways, so i figured why not let him do the whole shabang. But I just called the shop and they said he isn't even there and to call back tomorrow .. So that means I have to hold off taking it up there til tomorrow .. Its killing me.

You should. We're running a "King of the Streets" race. It's divided into half second subclasses.

Already working on that goober! Besides we already found a Black WS6 in Cleveland, garage keep, 3.42's, that doesnt need the 10 bolt due to lack of driving. We plan on pulling it out this afternoon

Go ahead, while youre doing that I know where a NICE Z28 is in Springville with a built motor and fikse wheels on it I told Josh if it would work he could have the rear out from under my firebird until he could find one. I'm sure the rears won't interchange though. And I drove the **** out of my car after we tuned it that day. I almost drove it down here to Auburn that Sunday.

Yeah, swapping them would suck. Surely someone around here will have one. Does he just need the housing cover and gears?

Well judging by the hole on the side of the housing and the ate up teeth on the pinion gear I doubt anything in there would be salvagable maybe the axles and thats it. The hole is right next to the yoke/driveshaft so this complete housing is junk
