Ark-la-tex? Hello,
If any of ya'll aren't busy saturday need to try and come to Red River Speedway this Saturday. It's suppose to be an awesome day, plus it seems to be becoming a mustang convention. Lately me and my friends(5 of us) seem to be the only LT's and LS's running down there! Love to see a strong showing and over run there a$$. It cost $25.00 to run for the day, track opens at 12 to 5....and loads of fun....Hopefully ya'll can make it! Need more info pm me and I'll get it to you!

A friend of mine that is going has a pair of slick's he just got yesterday, I am sure he would let you make some passes with them. He wanted me to try to run them, because another co-worker with a cobra wants to run me and he'll be on slicks. I check with him and let you know!

. DR's are a gamble...please don't do slicks. However....Shane with the turbo SS is getting a 9 inch any day. You might be able to sweet talk him and buy his 3.42 10-bolt if yours bites the big one. Where's this track and how long is it? 1000 ft or 1/4 mile? How far from Little Rock?
their web site says 1/4 mi and looks to be about 3 hrs from here, but i don't got **** else to do that day and got another buddy meeting me there from houston if i go so i'll have a ride out if it takes a ****. if it does, oh well, you wanna play you gotta pay.

. That's why I keep trying to break the old tranny. Then I won't have an excuse not to buy a new one. But the damn thing keeps going....albeit just barely. Go figure. Anyway, I have to work as usual. Whoever goes, post up and tell us about it. We are planning for this Saturday the 16, track opens at 12. If ya'll want we can meet ya'll at the Road Runner gas station off I-30 at the 237 loop exit in Texarkana, and then roll on down there. And Texarkana to Little Rock is around 2 hr drive. From Texarkana to the track is 45 minutes. Being on the track PRICELESS!!! As far as hook up at the track, they do a really good job prepping it, and with the cars and the temp for that day it should be awesome. I am only running Cooper Cobra(sucky tires)and they hook up better than I expected to, but then again my 95 Z28 is stock and ran a 13.99 @ 100 mph, but had a terrible 60ft. James and I think I should be able to get a 13.6, but was able to get any more runs that day because of a bad motorcycle reck on the track. But anyways.....
Any of ya'll know who owns late model camaro(86,87, etc...) that runs 9 sec. I think it was red. Anyways he came down here about a month ago and raped Brians 01 Camaro, and we thought his was bad ***. Brian said before he could shift to Second the guy had 6 cars on him.
Anyways need anything else just ask, and I'll try to get to ya'll..Take care...

Red River Raceway Yeah, yall come on down. They spray & treat the starting line with the good sticky stuff. Hell my 02 Z/28 with automatic almost pulls the left front wheel with stock size radials. You WILL break that 10-bolt with slicks. Just play with tire pressure and you should be alright. Your right about the Stangs, they are everywhere & their easy pickins.Most of them think if they can run high 13's they could run with a Vette. Get here early cause after about 3 or 4 get their *** cleaned out they shy away. 
it looks like i'll prob. be going. got a buddy comming up from houston with a charger that needs to get put in his place. maybe i'll let him get his hopes up by whooping a couple chumpstangs before i ruin his day. 
ehhh i would go but dont feel like makin the drive...sry to b that way....its just ill b takin a 10+hr trip back to SC within the next 3 weeks...so im stayin away from drivn too far until then....
