Default Rhino Tune FTW

Ok guys here's my story.

Bone stock 2004 GTO. I got with Rhino because he offers the BEST deal on tuning...So I went ahead and got tuned. Installed a wideband bung in the exhaust, and a SLP 160 thermostat.

Rhino and I wanted to see the worth of a tune on a bone stock ls1.

Best time slip pre-tune.
#8027 11.63 @92 2.14 60'

After beefing up the timing, running about 24.5 degrees, and runing a 12.8 air fuel, and raising the rev limiter to 6500.

#1020 11.42 @ 94 2.18 60'

RHINO FTW!

Looks good. Just had Ryan tune my car Sunday, and wow, car feels like it pulls harder, and shifts are more predictable. Definatly happy with the "Rhino tune"...lol Can't wait to go to the track and see if it performs as well as it feels like it is.

had Ryan tune mine about a month ago and have to agree it was money well spent. Adjusted the A/F ratio, rev and speed limiter, increased the line pressure, and got about 24 degrees of timing out of it. Shifts are perfect now. The guy does one hella job. He'll be the only person to tune my car from now on you can guarantee that

Hopefully, if all goes right and i get some $$$ i can take mine to Rhino sometime in a week or 2 and get mine tuned, we have talked bout it and seems like a really cool guy but i get to drive for 2.5 hours so its kind of hard for us to get a set time!

Once again, thanks guys! I am happy you guys are happy. Like I've said from the start, I treat everyones car like its my own, I have invested Several hours in you guys tunes and I'll be the first to admit I learn something new with every car. It's not a 30min process for me I am picky and thanks guys for being patient with me, I try to squeeze all I can out of each car, because like I said they are all different. Hopefully soon I will be upgrading to V2 and will be open to all the vehicles you see in this list, right now I am on V1 as you can see the vehicles I have support for now:
http://www.efilive.com/supvehicle.aspx

Dendy, I am glad to see those results on a bone stock car, also middle of the day on that run to....heat soak owns the GTO's, lol. And with a little slower 60' at that, on a cool night with a good launch I think some solid 11.3's or even an 11.2 1000' would be achievable.

Thanks, Ryan Stevens

No joke....he's got over 10 hours in my car and he really does treat it like his own. I was happy with the initial tune, but every so often he'll find an area where he can make a minor adjustment and get a little more out of it. The car runs 100% better than it did before the tune. Just got to work on the driver mod a little now . Launching with Nitto's requires some fancy footwork.

I need to get my car tuned and am looking for the best bang for the buck, can you all give me some numbers? I live in the Stafford Va area but I can drive a little ways for saving some money. 01 Trans Am, mild cam, mild port work, stock manifolds, magnaflow catback system. Thanks, Mike F.

so I just got a rhino tune and the car pulls harder, very noticeable, the rpms drop off faster when I press in the clutch which I love, so I'm verry happy and hopin for consistent 10.9's at ol' cville. He knows what he's doin and he's a cool dude. Well worth $175.
