Default AR F!@#$% roads!!

I hit a damn pot hole the size of texas in the middle of the dark *** highway. Bent the crap of my front 18" wheel. Watch out for this hole LR guys, its on 167 North in NLR interchange going from 40 to 167 N.

Does anybody know if I can charge AR Highway Department for this damage? This sucks.

ask your insurance company about it, they might have an idea on what avenue to go!

That sucks, I'd try calling the highway department and talking to them. Maybe take pics of the pothole and take your wheel in as proof.

the same thing happened to my brother except he was on his motorcycle, he wrecked and was seriously injured, he is now suing the state of louisiana, for the loss of his bike and for his injuries, and missed work...His lawyers said that the condition of the road directly resulted in his crash.......so i believe that u definetly have a chance of gettin it paid for, but dont expect any quick action on it.......

Damn..sucks bro.
Look into it with your Insurance Company, I have Geico and I got a crack in my Windshield from a Rock, and I get free Glass. I don't have Full Coverage either.

I tried to take a picture of the pothole but couldn't. Either I have to be flying like superman or invinsible man to get pictures of it. Its where there aren't any shoulders (concrete barriers on each side) and busy highway.

are you talking about where the "big church is" (massive pentecostal church on the access road)? I'm not sure I know where it's at. Give me some sort of land mark. I'm good with land marks.

Right when you take that exit to 167/67 north off of 40 east. Where they have those concrete barriers weaving you left and right.

Man, that sucks. Turning it in on your insurance probably won't help unless you have really low deductables. Can you get it repaired?

Is it mid-way up the Curve..or past that. There was a nasty hole there the last time I went through there.

I'm going to call the insurance tomorrow and see if they'll replace my aftermarket wheel. I have $500 deductible and the wheel is $200 shipped so the insurance will probably not cover it.

Dude I know exactly where you are talking about. I drove through AR to get home to TX and got off at that exit to get gas. Talk about stupid. That pot hole is freaking HUGE!!! I mean you can see all the way down to the road base.

However almost all of AR used to be like that. You got to dodge **** like a ****.

That must be why your car reaks of dead armadillo. Cause there is one stuck to the underside of your frame.

If I see something in the road that I can dodge and I am clear on both sides, I will make it look like motha ****** watkins glen on I-30.
