Looking for a race

man no ****
hahahahahahahaha
BTW, were you the black stang that was behind me last night pulling into the apartments a lil before 9?
That's why everyone is flaming you. Even though the auto's had gears, LTs, etc; they weren't making the rwhp that the M6 cars will. The auto's you raced probably make around 260-275 rwhp (if that). The 300-320 rhwp you hear about from fairly stock LS1s is due to less power loss thru the tranny in the six speed cars. Now race a big converter LS1 car (3500+ stall speed) then the outcomes of the races may have been different (the converter is going to keep these cars in their powerband more of the time).
You should come by our local club's carshow on the 15th. It's going to be hosted at TGI Friday's on northwest expressway from 2-6pm. It's an open show so you can enter your car, and I'm 100% positive you'll get a race with any level LS1 car you want

A couple of weeks ago I got my 04 M6 GTO to run a best of 12.83 at 109.88 with a 1.83 short time. The car is a stock longblock. All mods are as follows:
JHP MAF pipe/stock airbox with 3 hole mod (no filter at track)
Home ported throttle body/coolant bypass
IAT resistor
NGK TR55
Stainless Works 1 3/4 headers w/o cats
Flowmaster 2 1/2 inch exhaust
3.91 gears
Nitto 245/45/17 DRs on stock rims
Weld Prostar frontrunners
B&M shifter
Stock shift light turned on
Full weight with no spare tire/no jack and 1/2 - 3/4 tank of gas
Temp was in the low 60's at Red River Raceway just north of Shreveport, La
And just to show that I am not a nutswinger...there was an 04 Mustang with exhaust, 4.10 gears and a few other minor mods (like CAI) who not only beat me on the street (on Springlake Dr.) but also ran a 12.7 at Red River Raceway with me watching him. Richard even did this with the stock tires on the car. He is one hell of a driver...props to him for having a damned nice car. I have since moved to Biloxi, MS, but have heard Richard has made his car much faster...read twin turbo!

Most m6's with Longtubes and other bolt ons (dont see why you would get LT's with out the other stuff) seem to dyno a little bit over 350rwhp. Autos will dyno less, and a stalled auto, even though it may be faster, will dyno even lower. So good kill on the SS, but I really want to hear what this guy has to say.
