Centerville Efi Record Broken!!!
Well guys, I finally did it. I actually broke three records. I beat Frank's eighth mile E.T and MPH with a 6.0003 at 116.46 mph. My 1000' was 7.71 at 131.12 mph. This was with a 200 shot. My slicks are shot, so I think it'll go faster with a new set. Not bad for a $100 junkyard block, huh???

Frank, I heard you're talkin some smack about me on LRRS. Yes, you have beat me everytime we raced, but I believe I have all my problems resolved now that I'm not doing wheelstands anymore. All I have to say to you is bring it, because I will be there to defend my title. With a full car and not half a damn truck to boot, and without any sponsors like yourself. BTW, MPH is just a indicator of horsepower, but IMO, it is E.T., the time it takes to get from point A to point B, is what matters most. Lets make this a bit more interesting. How about best 2 out of 3 for $500? What do ya say Frankie?

I dont think it was talking smac. this is all that was said.
(another guy)Congrats Frank on the run and the title. I hear about it all night long with Don. (He drives our truck at work) I think he was worked up about you beating him for a while. It was funny. Good job though.
(frank) I have still beat him every time we've lined up together. He just has an ET record by .01 second. Oh yeah the first time we lined up is the time I previously set the record, and the standing MPH record.
might want to get the facts streight before u get all defensive.

and as far as this comment. the only sponsors we have is me and danny. Danny helps with our fuel, and let use his enclosed when we go out of town(to the big boy races). The truck may look like crap, BUT I spent 4 weeks putting this back together with mine, and marks money. No sponsorship from that. We had one guy we payed to help tune the truck. Id like to see u put your car in the wall and try to rebuild it. Its not an easy task. I personally have alot of time in this thing. Neither one of us have alot of money. we sell old parts for new. If im not mistaken there is a bunch of help people get from others.

I have no doubt it took alot of work and effort for you all to get the truck back together. My point is that you have sponsorship which helps alot when racing. Everything I do to my car comes out of my own pocket.

So then no one let you USE there converter last weekend. Is that not the same thing as sponorship. you know people bitch about the truck going to fast and know someone beats one of his records. Now his truck is to slow. I wish yall would make up your mine. oh, his half a truck till has about 500 pounds on your full car. Put some D/Rs and make it 3600 pounds and I'll cover frank on the 500 or maybe 1000

it comes out of ours to. we have to pay the same bills as u. It all cost us fuel to get there, food, and parts we break or upgrade. He has credit card bills for parts the same as u. He has a wife and kids to pay for. SO whats the point. Im so tired of hearing this crap. We have long nights of no sleep, he has to come home to a wife that is mad at him for working on his truck. its as hard for us as it is u. U have the record and i commend u for that. IF we dont get it back, I still will congraulate u the same. there is always next year. Its just more fun for people to be key board cowboys.
