i have no clue. and who's "they". I just looked at it on google earth and it's really residential. Like not even a quarter mile away are neighborhoods.

It is close to a neighborhood and a church so the people that live close will probably vote it down kinda like they did when someone wanted to build a strip about a mile away from the airport. But maybe the city officals will realize that we need a track close by and do something about it.

Saw the link on arrides...interesting concept, I'll try to make it down there after work tomorrow. I'm scheduled to get off work at 4, so I should be able to make it. Is this just going to be some sort of a meeting or something?

edit - how far out of little rock is this place? I'm up in searcy, so I need to get a rough estimate on when I need to leave to get there on time.

If it were me i would start an online link to a petition and post it here in the southern section. Just my opinion tho. I think that whoever was trying to get this going would try and touch base to as many southern/arkansas car owners/investors!
