It was an awesome day for sure, I didnt get to leave until after 1pm so I figured yall would have been done by the time I got there so I went to the mandeville lakefront and there was something going on over there, it was packed.
BTW-passed John Slidell too and I hope yall plan to meet in the back because if its like it was today, no area in the front section was open, it was jammed packed too.

They had a bunch of cars out there today. Was a pretty good time. The races later on that night were pretty good. They had two pretty serious TA's out there running. DJ's supercharged one ran a silver TA that came out there on a trailer. The trailer car layed the smack down. Marc that posts on here with the white Z06 had a decent race against DJ.
Good time throughout the entire day.

Yea it was a fun night. I now need to do some more tweeking on my car though to get it to hook better. I have some things I am going to try this week and go a practice a little. Here are some pictures of my car with my friends before everyone showed up.

It was a pretty good time out there. Sig40 ran his car too so we had some fast races to watch. The only down side was some kid who forgot to take his medicine and decided to yank the e brake at the end of a race to stop, then to try and drift around another car in the grass to go around them. Fortunately nothing bad happened to him but it was UNFORTUNATE that NOTHING happened to him.
The cops rolled up about 12 o'clock out there and we didn't try to run. He got out his car said he just wanted to watch. Everyone scattered, he BS'd with us for a second and said just let some traffic roll through for a minute then you can get back at it. Told us to be safe and have a good night. We shook his hand told HIM to be safe and thanks for being cool.

That silver TA was booking it. I was supposed to run the red TA. I was going to the dyno this saturday since last saturday they couldn't fit me in, but at the lake i had someone offer to buy my complete blower set up so i'm going back turbo sooner than i expected. I need to find a 99/01 cobra intake before i tear mine down so i hope to be spooled up by mid march and i'm going out there to play.
