Oh man I feel the love. First off I was going to get it right, we had no problem getting it fixed. Secondly the car did not have any codes on it when it left. Third I checked the AF in the car and they were plenty safe for the car. I guess I should have just charged you for nothing.

Rather than griping about it behind my back you should have left the car with me and said get it right.

The way I see it is we must do very good work because if we did not we would not have the return business we do. My brother told me you cannot make everyone happy but we still try. Alot of the people that mouth about shops have not even had anything done by them. Its always I heard from someone.

That is all

Ive gone to Polk before with my car. Left there with my car running good and happy. Am going back to get my car dyno'd after it's back together.

David, I had the Red '01 SS with the Procharger yall tuned last Feb.

As for "tucking" an exhaust on our cars...Yea...

That is low, however he told you that he would fix it but you wouldn't give him a chance. I don't see where coming on here and starting crap is the answer though.

2.5" true duals, better clearance than my factory exhaust with room to spare. Never scraped on anything. Oh yeah, I'm lowered too.

Ya'll have to much pipe under there, one 4in. pipe out of a 3.5in. Y with a Magnaflow shorty on the end everything else is extra weight.

My car sounds like two big steel ***** in a cloths dryer.

So you have had one bad experience? Take it back, get it fixed. Be happy.

There has been thousands of cars go through that shop and many are returning customers. Not everyone can do it perfect the first time my friend.

+1 For having a place to take my **** when it needs anything.

It just takes time, but anyone that takes pride in their work should want it to be right, regardless if they are installing painted black headers with press bent pipe or mandrel pipe with SW's lt's.

I completely agree. Zack and Jason took them almost the whole day to install mine. Dedicated to attention to detail to get it right the first time. That is why I ALWAYS recommend APE to ANYONE who wants exhaust done to their vehicle as well as Rhino79 (ryan) who wants to have their car/truck tuned.

Customers are the best ADVERSTISEMENT you will ever have in any business.

To the OP good luck with your issue.

since i got a pm about this thread, ill go ahead and throw it out there ... i was done wrong by polk (some 3 yrs ago) and thats why i do not recommend that shop and why i can "mouth" ... i see alot of ppl "mouth" polk when they havent had anything done and yes i can understand you being frustrated with that but to get a pm whining about it is pretty retarded based on the fact that Don died (rip) that doesnt mean i cant bash the shop does it ? does everyone need to walk on egg shells when polk is mentioned ? can i not bash mcdonalds b/c they didnt give me fries with the value meal without recoil ? lets grow up ... ppl have their opinions, this is the internet, and that is life ...

I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experiance there. I had them Dyno my truck at a Dyno day last year and I had a blast.

Eric is a good guy, I had never known that he had problems at the shop and he has been on here for a lot longer than this thread.
