Centerville Slip
Well guys..took the Car out to the Track today.
I think it ran pretty good..I definatley need some Suspension..but that is coming soon. It pretty much spun out of the Hole and for about the first 60ft atleast..I was fish-tailing on a couple of passes for about half-track. The Slicks were brand new, and it was cold out..so that may be some contributing factors as well.
This is the best I got..

I heard that..lol
I lost 3rd and 4th..won't move unless it's in 2 or 1. Shifts fine between them 2, and the Fluid is Red..I'm thinkin it's something in the Valve Body..

That's what some of us were thinking also..the Snap Ring.
I got a friend who runs the Tranny Shop here in Jville..he was out there with me. It went out on the Burn out.

Curious to see what it will run in the 1/4. A 7.5 in the 1/8th usually equates to about 11.5 in the 1/4. But, if you were spraying, looks like you might of gotten an 11.2 in the 1/4. It sucks that your track stops at 1000'.

You get your 60ft down in the 1.40's-1.50's and that car will pickin 'em up and put'n 'em down on the other end. With as much motor as you've got, I'd figure you should be in the high 6's in the 1/8 and mid 8's in the 1000... if you can get it on the ground.

Yeah, how big of a converter do you have? You definitely need some work on the chassis. Brian's (RDTA) cam and header car went 9.3s best but it also 60'd in the 1.5 range on drag radials.
