My alternator crapped out on me, I only had 7 volts when I looked at the guage. I should have noticed something was wrong when we pulled out of sonic because my WB O2 was reading 50.4 meaning that there was not enough power to heat the O2 and keep it hot even after turning the LM-1 off then on again. My dash lights where low even after adjusting. Well of course I was pretty excitied and never even looked at my alternator guage. So we honk it off and I come out of the hole on motor everything seems to be fine until I hit 2nd and turn on the bottle, the car was breaking up and didn't seem pull as hard so I turn the bottle off and shift to 3rd even on motor the car was breaking up. I couldn't tell if I was lean or not because my WB O2 crapped out before the race. That's when I hit the brakes and got out of it. After turning around that's when I noticed my alternator volts at 7 volts, Not good! as you saw in video it was over at the start anyway.

I fixed the alternator issue the next morning and all is good, the voltage regulator was bad.

The teach here got shortened, plan on being in ga around the 15th of aug. Ordered a tick adj. master for the 97. I hope this fixes my pedal complaints. Going to order another one for the ss before I leave.

Yea it got the crap bled out of it. My main complaint was were the peddle released. My ls1 car is towards the top, the lt1 was towards the bottom or floor. Defianantly not good for horseing around. Plus, I'll be helping the lt1 owners out by helping tick perf. have a adjustable master for the lt cars. I guess they sold one to another lt owner who was suppose to let them know the length on the line and he never got back with them. I feel it's a win, win situation.

It's not too bad, but then again it's not all that either. It's hot as ***** down here, lol. I think today it was like 107 degrees!!

The car scene down here is pretty crazy, and there's lots of chicks on base too lol. Besides that there really isn't much to do. I'll probably take a trip to either Dallas or Oklahoma City sometime soon, just to get off base. I should be back in Columbus after I graduate from tech school on the 11th of August. After that I'm off to Barksdale AFB in Louisiana. How's everything going for you?

I'm in Colorado Springs right now and will be leaving here on the 15 of aug. or so. Kemp was the main drag when I lived there and imagine it still is. Out west of the city there is a circle track and an 8th mile track. It's near the prison, the drag strip in walters got closed down I believe. Is there still an abundance of 5.0's running around?

I'm glad to see Columbus still has a bunch of F-body guys around. I had a 1997 Camaro SS that I got rid of back in 06, but as fate would have it, I'm having the urge to scoop up an LS1 f-body. So hopefully I'll be back in action soon.
