LS heads are a different ball game as I'm sure you figured out. Yes, they like to be ported and polished like any head and the same basic principles apply. As Karl mentioned earlier Llyod is a good guy and his prices are hard to beat for the work you get. I have his heads on my lt car and they look amazing and helped make more power than I wanted. Gary Maux or something like that in La does incredable ls head work. Also, a guy to talk to is Allan Futral, big naturally aspirated power is a walk in the park to him. Anytime I've seen a fast ls drag car and asked who built it, in the end they say go to Allan. Columbus needs a freakishly fast GTO.
I agree with Sheik. Allan Futral is the man. I've been to their shop and know a few people who have had work done by FMS and it's top notch. If I weren't already going with Vengeance Racing, FMS would be my next choice. Oh, and there already are a few people with some pretty bad GTOs in Columbus. One is a firefighter with an 05 putting down over 600. Not freakishly fast, but darn near close, lol.

Oh yeah, I know that Firefighter, he has a red 05 with the SAP. He's got some decent work done but I think he bought it already built, lucky. He also outranks me on the fire dept so I don't know if I should try to beat him, lol. I've heard about Vengance, and there sort of convienently located in cummings, do they have decent prices compared to thier craftsmanship.

Yeah, that's the guy. And that horsepower was at the crank by the way so it's nothing too spectacular. And yeah, he bought it already built.

Vengeance Racing is great man. They're pretty flexible when it comes to package deals and Ron and Mike are some pretty good guys to talk to. They won't steer you wrong. You should give them a call or shoot them a pm and let them know your budget. They'll be sure to help you out as much as possible.

Well I ordered some relocation brackets. I also got something in mind for the fuel fitting mess I got. I also ordered the fitting to connect the feed line up.

its a suncoast predator hood. there are several other companies that make one similar, but none of them seem to match the body lines like the predator hood does. im gonna get their airbox too that has the foam seal that seals the box to the hood from underneath.

Got the bottle bracket holes drilled just need to put the holes in the carpet and bolt it down. Got the passenger seat out so I can fix it. The duals have to come off. When I pulled the carpet back yesterday I noticed that they were tearing the floorboard out of the car. I'm going to have to get them welded up or seal the tears up when I get the duals off and get everything beat back togather. Going to get a mufflex for it, also got a fitting or two on the way to finally fix the mess on the fuel rail. Ordered them from the race shop in phenix city and they should be here wednesday. Going to order the fuel pressure gauge from him as well as he's $20 cheaper than summit and doesn't charge for shipping. I also removed the speakers just got to do the doors now. I need to borrow the socket to remove the seat belts. I thought I had it and can't find it for nothing. When I get back from riley I'll get the controller and the heater and also get the bushings for the contol arms and por15 for the rear.

Guys, I found someone who is just starting out and gave me an amazing deal on the autometer gauge I needed. If you need something let me and I'll send his contact info to you or I will pass on what you need. He has been a stand up guy and I will probably never need to do business with anyone else as long as his deals are like this. Just passing it on to you guys. Craig, tomorrow I'll pick up the fittings I need and get this this fuel system done and sealed up. When you get caught up we'll throw a tune in it to get it running before I leave. The flex tubing is from the truck is gonna be perfect, well a tad long but good. Karl, try this guy out I think you'll be surprised.
