13.22 @ 109, 13.23 @ 108, 13.20 @ 108. Short times were horrible, 2.1x each pass. It was my first time ever racing a stick car though.

thats not bad especially with those 60' times slowing you down. My 60 killed my times as well, but I have a slipping clutch, a stock 10 bolt, and I did my burnouts in the waterbox like an over zealous idiot.

Whats up man, you going to UNCC or CPCC? It seems like Ls1tech is a dead site for meets and such around charlotte. We should get a monthly meet going or something.

You mean the 408? Or the 6.0? I can't remember what we talked about last. I had just gotten the 6.0 in early summer then I got a 408 a little while back.

How's the truck coming?

the 408, i got the wiring harness pretty much put together just have to wire up the relays for the fans and get an injector driver spliced in and it should be good to go. still getting parts for the engine together here and there when i find good deals on parts. I decided to go with a 370 for now instead of the 408 like we talked about. reason being is that i found some -25cc dish pistons on the cheap so hopefully i can just up the boost to make up for it lol, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it

The 408 runs good. It's gone 129mph in the 1/4 but the ET was 11.0 because the car doesn't leave now with the extra power. It spins. I need to get some suspension under it.

The 370 will run very strong in that truck even without boost

When I had that came only 6.0 in my 97 I only took it to the track one time and it ran 7.30 at full weight minus the AC compressor and lines and spare tire. It was a great budget motor. If the 408 hadn't popped up at such a good deal I would still have the 6.0
