Looking at the motor somthing didnt look right, It has corvette exhaust manifolds, Ive done about 10 sets of headers on ls1 so yes I know the difference. just wondering if anyone has info on this?

He thought his car had headers from the factory, you know how the vette ones look more like headers than manifolds.

`98-99 F-bodies have double wall sheetmetal exhaust manifolds (left one is same as Vette). These can be mistaken for shorty headers (I don't know how) but are actually more resrictive then the `00 up F-body cast iron manifolds.

I was expecting you to say it had a strange rear end.
