LS14evr This fits your last post. One of the hotter Corvettes now are the
C3 LT1 cars. I sold mine in 75. Sorry to get off topic but your time frame stuck a chord.

Hahaha! Sorry to hear that. My Dad still beats himself up for selling his 1963 Split Window Vette. Not to mention countless other cars he had that are now worth $$$

Can you do me a favor? I was going through the build sheet and such for our 35th LE, and am curious. How much does it say your SLP options were on your SLP build sheet? 1LE suspension and anything else you have.

I'm most curious if the "Bilstein Ultra Performance Suspension System" is actually more expensive than the "1LE Suspension."

I don't have that paperwork. Sorry. I've only owned this car for a year. It's actually traded hands quite a few times. At one time I read somewhere when I was trying to figure out how much the car was worth at time of purchase since KBB did not have the SLP options to add to price, I think I read it was a $2000 option. Maybe $2500. But can't remember where I read that.

The 1LE option was the most expensive second sticker option offered on the 2002 SS. I think it was 1,995.00. The Bilstein option was less. I'll look at my second window sticker tonight to confirm.

I agree you would never find an '02 1LE on a dealer lot and I doubt it would ever sell after a test drive around the dealer parking lot. That's why I ordered mine the way I wanted it and they already do command more money than the average SS.

Would you mind taking a photo of your SLP option sticker? I've never seen one that says portfolio on it before. I find it odd that some people had to pay for them, while others didn't. We didn't pay a dime for it as far as I know, and I believe 100% of LEs ended up with them. Something like 26% were originally optioned with them.

You know, if your car had the special Floor Mats, it'd probably be one of the "
ultimate" optioned 35th LEs. We've always been a little disappointed ours didn't come with the optional floor mats.

Do you happen to have an actual shot of the sticker on the passenger door?

I'm sure you know you can buy the mats from SLP. I didn't get the 35th hatch mat when I ordered the car, but I bought one later. I may still get the 35th floor mats.

We contemplated it, but we decided it really wasn't worth doing. There's nothing wrong with the stock ones. Might as well just leave it original.

The total price for slp options on my 2002 firehawk was $9,011. The car has every option. the second sticker can be viewed at cardomain.com/id/smit2732

Nice car. I thought my 2nd sticker total was high, yours more than doubles it.
