Typical Firebird flaw.
Well-known defect in the Firebird world.
There's even a 'sticky' about it in the Firebird forum.
Cool car.
Needs more mod's tho.
Surprising it still has the OE airbox.
Maybe because it's in CA.
And yes, needs new door panels.
Not sure I trust that seller tho.
I used to watch a lot of their sales years ago & they had a lot of negatives.
These days the buyers can't leave negatives for the sellers so they have good feedback.

Sellers are unable to leave buyers negative feedback anymore. I stopped selling stuff on ebay because of that. It's too stressful. I had to spend 10 hours going back and forth with a buyer who bought a used shirt from me for $3 plus shipping because they didn't read in the description that I said it fits like a medium even though it says it's a large on the tag. My ad said I don't take returns or give refunds, but guess what? I ended up with a negative from a buyer with only 3 feedback and ebay made me refund their money in order to remove the negative feedback. How's that fair when ebay makes all of their money off of sellers and doesn't make a cent from buyers?
That's ridiculous.

99 Mecham #3 I have the 99 #3 Mecham TA. I am in the Tulsa, Ok area. I am the second owner of it. Right now it is getting repainted with new decals, while I am overseas. Will put up pics when I get back if anyone wants to see them.
