If you do a search for that info, theres a poc you can email and ASC to get that info. They can give you your specific build number and production totals.

This is what ASC told me....

Hi Erick,

According to our records, your 2000 WS6 VIN XXXXXXXXXXXXX is a blue
2000 Trans Am WS6 with T-tops and a manual transmission. It was
converted
by ASC February 18, 2000.

It was our build number 4,368 out of 8,421 WS6s built in the 2000 model
year.

Unfortunately, due to gaps in the 2000 data, I cannot provide totals by
color, roof, or transmission.

I hope this information helps. Thank you for your service to our
country!

A long time ago (may have been on LS1.com before this site even opened) someone posted the break down for 2000 WS6s. I don't know if it came from GM or the old ASC contact we used to use (Andrea Harewood I think it was?). All I remember was that Black was by far the most common, with something like 40-50% being black. Bright Red was second with somewhere between 20-30%. Wish I could find the thread, I think I printed it years ago. I'll look around my files for it.

RPM Ws6 if you do find that information I would be interested in having it. I would like to know how many WS6's got the optional wheels like mine.

Here is another one. I like them and glad I bought the car with these rims. I had to go and pick it up in kentucky due to the dealer in Nashville did a dealer trade to get the car. When I got up there and saw the wheels I said no way I don't want them rims. We were going to try and find another one and right before we were leaving I said ok I'll take it and haven't look back since.

I'm still looking for the data on color breakdown, I haven't been able to find it. Not sure if it had the wheel breakdown but I can tell you that the N66 wheels you have are VERY rare. As for the total quantities of 2000 WS6s, I did find this:

WS6 Trans Am: 8189
WS6 Formula: 232

That was given to me by Andrea @ ASC on 10/12/2000.

I am not sure what I did with the color breakdown info. I am almost positive I printed it or saved it somewhere but I can't seem to find it......

I wrote High performance pontiac last October and this is what they sent me back and that's all they could come up with. he stated that the ACS production # was 3225 and gave the numbers for the WS6. I wonder if he's saying that 3225 of them were regular T/A's? If so heck they are more rare than the WS6.

The ASC production number was 3225 for the 2000 model year. Production for the WS6 Package was a total of 8,421 for model

year 2000. 8,189 were Trans Ams and 232 were Formulas.

If you could find it RPM or WS6 firebird could come up with the breakdown that would be great. I'll keep searching as well for some info. I have only seen 2 other cars with the same wheels as mine and they were both for sale on E-bay over a year ago.

Just ran across this site from google.
I own a Blue (ish) 2000 T\A WS6 with t-tops and all leather interior (it's 5am, ignore my spelling =))
i was wondering about more info about the ws6 "package" and what all it adds to the car.
all i've been able to dig up so far is "Special tuned suspension"
I've only seen 2 other WS6 T/A's since i've owned mine.
a white one, on the freeway, and a black one for sale.

oh, my baby is an auto btw.
and i love her to death!

Quick edit: my car has the "chrome" wheels with the WS6 emblem in them, i dont have the neet lookin wheels of the guy who posted above me. i've never, EVER seen a TA with wheels like that in my short 22 years on this earth.
that has to be rare.

This thread has references to ASC and High Performance Pontiac. I've also seen several threads stating to contact them. How do we contact them. Is there a Web site for either of these places? Email addresses?

I have a 2000 WS6 Formula and would love to get some more information about it.

Thanks,
