my customized hugger SS I had one of our members (Tim Lane) paint on some custom stripes last week, he did an awesome job. I tried applying the decals, but gave up in frustration and decided to have them painted instead. Glad I did, it came out very nice.
So, the car is now DONE appearance-wise. Here is what I have done so far on the externals:
custom painted SLP SS grille
painted door mirrors (were black before)
custom painted hood and trunk stripes
gloss black rear panel to match stripes
97 SS Camaro emblems on front & rear (sides coming soon)
painted headlight mod
window tint
ls1tech decal
Hotchkis lowering springs
import-spec tail lights
center mount exhaust system
Boyd 18" wheels/tires
iRotors drilled/slotted rotors
hugger orange Corvette brake calipers

Im doin similar on my car. Got a 99 SS hugger orange. Im getting the carbon fiber hood and gonna leave the scoop unpainted just gonna clearcoat it. I am also painting 97 annaversary stripes on it, reversed of coarse. I hope it looks as bad *** as yourts when im done. GJ man

Nice, very nice!
Living in Vol country, orange is a most popular color, however, it's not too often seen on cars. Seen one '99 vert hugger runnin' around, and I know Carmax just sold a SOM '02 SS. (Went & looked at it, very nice BTW.)
BTW-99SS-T...if 'ya ever gonna' sell her...

Tony, i have a drawling i would like to send to you, it looks just like your car, i did it over 2 years ago. Ill make a copy for you. not kidding, pretty much everything you did to your car i was going to do to my hugger too. Odd that now i have a 35th LE. doh!
