Default Rare WS6 wheels?

Does anybody know much about those WS6 wheels that were like a unique-rounded style? Ive only seen one car on here with those, and I forgot where that was. Ive never seen them in public. Ive seen them on a WS6 that was tested in a magazine years ago. Thanks

These?

REALLY rare, they did not put them on many cars because everyone hated them.

They were very rare. Not many made at all, most people don't like them. Check Ebay Item# 4581437085. That'll get you in the right direction.

I don't know what was worse for the Firebird: those rims or the cheesy vinyl jacket that Burt Reynolds wore in the 2nd Smokey and the Bandit movie.

I actually LIKE those wheels. MUCH better than the LT1 3 spoke style wheels. I've seen a couple people on here with them and on e-bay a couple times. Someone said there were only about 2000 sets made.

Yeah, my '94 had 3 spokes for about 7 months till I replaced them with polished 5's from a '96 T/A.
In my mind 5 spokes are the only wheels made when it comes to sports cars.

Yup... that'd be me. I have a '00 WS6 with the "rare" wheels. I get mixed remarks about them. I like them 'cause they're unique, but I believe there are better looking wheels out there. Anyway, they're what I have and will probably replace them after I'm done with the other mods I want to do.

Cool having something so rare. Never sell them before they're 15 years old. If you're getting other rims "I" would get some '96 -'00 WS6 5 spokes. Chrome or perfectly polished are my favorite GM wheels.

I wish my Firehawk came with those rims instead. sort of.

I like the 17" "twisties" because they are rare. I agree the polished 17" 5-spokes look better.

I also have three "cheezy" Burt Reynolds jackets. For some reason my girlfriend wont let me wear them out of the house, lol.

I think you spelled that wrong. It should be spelled "nytmare".

Those rims were nicknamed "Salad Shooters" in some of the one of the Firebird Enthusiast books I have.
