I choose the GTO. See sig.
Firehawk or Zo6? The Firehawk won. Where does the GTO stack up in that : A Firehawk over a Z06? You have got to be kidding me.
I think those votes are coming from people who have never driven a Z06...

This site is biased. Get what you want. F-Bodies dont typically hold there value. Im not to sure about GTO's because they are going to be discontinued this year and come back with the Camaro. GTO has a Interior that looks 1,000,000 times better than the crappy f-body interior and I dont think the exterior is bad eithier. Also has a LS2 even though the GTO is heavier than a F-Body. Again get what you want but my vote is for the GTO. Im not a fan of pop up headlamps.

#2 GTO's ARE NOT being discontinued, but are being retro-fitted to comply w/automotive safety regulations that the current Holden-Manaro platform does not currently meet. GTO will return in 2008, from what I have read.
#3 Yes, this is an F-body forum, so of course, ppl are bias.
Both are good cars, but entirely different in design...plain and simple, no comparison, short of the LSx engine. Ask a question, and you'll get 1,000,000 opinions, and as said before, Get what best suits your needs, and to hell w/what other ppl think. I gave up on pleasing ppl years ago, and finally realized my personal happiness comes first.

Well my friend who is a member of this site Damon_Z got his GTO yesterday. A 06 quicksilver M6. I drove it with only 130 miles on the clock. Blew me away. The car didnt feel heavy as it is and the LS2 sounded great from the factory! The interior was one of the best interiors and most comfortable i been in. I own 2 F-Bodies and my vote is for the GTO

i love the LS2 GTO's. theyre amazing cars, they arent an fbody and were never designed to be, i love having four full sized bucket seats and being able to give a camaro like mine a run for its money, its fun as hell, comfy, drives like a family car until ya punch it, whats not to love? a firehawk is a cool car, but if im daily driving it, LS2 goat for sure.
