Phase I was a different MAF, airlid, underdrive pullies, comptuer tune and chambered exhaust. Rated at 380HP on the M6 cars at the flywheel. Phase II was the same stuff plus heads and cam and was rated at 435HP. They revised the heads and possibly the cam in the Phase IIx package and it's rated at 475HP.
