you saw it too eh? I read (on here) that he bought it with 4000 miles for 21k at a dealership a few years ago.... that would be the DEAL OF THE CENTURY.

You know the guy?

I know him, his name is Brandt. He moved to a house that had a very long gravel/rocky road. He wasn't able to drive the car anymore....

He he, yah 4k miles on it when I bought; it but it was 27k that I bought it for not 21 and, interestingly enough that is what I sold it for.... Just goes to show you how good these cars hold value.

I was very sad to see her go, but it was a decision I had to make. Trailering the car every time I wanted to drive it just didn't make sense, and it would never have made it up the steep bumpy gravel grades where I'm moving too.

Charlie take good care of her, and she will never let you down.......

^^^ Good talkin' to ya today. Wouldn't it suck to that same car sell for $50,000 15-20 years from now?

I bet you'd get....quiet... after seeing the add in the future.

See ya 'round Brandt. ~Joshua

Brandt good talking with you today... i feel a whole lot better about the purchase. The car is a dream! She'll have a nice tiled floor 2 car garage all to herself and wont be seeing any rain driving.

Joshua thanks for getting ahold of him.. hope you can work the marriage thing out. Going on 10 years and the first few are the hardest it seemed.

Tiled two car garage.... Mine's in a one car apartment complex garage with plywood walls and an un-even cement floor.

Thanks for the words, I'd love to own a Blackbird and upgrade it to a phase II.

Lucky guy, keep the wheels on the ground and the shiny side up!

Yah, man it's always great talking to you Josh. It's very rare to meet someone who is as intelligent and well spoken as you. I hope your female troubles work out, I know from experience how that is. But I also know that it almost always works out for the better. If it winds up that you guys can't make it work, it will open a new door of opportunity for you.

PS: Man I can't wait till road Atlanta!!!!

I can see that car going for $50k or more in years to come, it will always be one of those cars people dream of. I can't say that I would be disappointed tho, I'm one of those people who believe it's best to get in and out of an investment, when your investment criteria is met. Thats something I learned in the stock market: you can't beat your self up for not buying at the absolute bottom or selling at the peak, making money is making money. In this case I made 20k miles in a dream car: not too shabby
