1997 LT4 Camaros and Firebirds. SLP made a few hundred of them.
Any car with a rare color and V8
WS6 Formulas, especially LS1 cars, not very many of them made.
6 speed verts, most were autos.
Hugger orange Z28s and SS's
Anniversary and special editions
Maybe in 20 or 30 years, cars that are all stock with orginal paint, really low miles, and mint.

Hard to say if any of them will be. The current muscle car craze is fueled by all of the boomers who grew up with the GTO's, Trans Ams, Chevelles, Roadrunners and Mustangs and either couldn't afford one back in the day or had one and had to sell it when they became responsible adults.
Now some of these boomers have hit it big and want the cars they lusted after way back when. They're looking to get their hands on the same car they had 40 years ago, get the car they couldn't afford to get 40 years ago or to help them recapture their youth from 40 years ago. This craze turned these cars from a hobby into an investment. I just don't know if the 4th gen cars - or any of the current crop of mass produced performance cars for that matter - has the passionate following those cars had. It was a totally different day and age.
Hell, in thirty years, one of us may see a 4th gen F body in a museum collection. We'll be telling our grandkid whose standing next to us: "Yeah, Grandpa used to have one of those cars. Of course, most of them have been recycled now. They actually ran on something called gasoline - you know - before it was outlawed in the early 30's by the Gore Greenhouse Fossil Fuel Ban....."

Of the 4th Gen's I think the 2000 WS6 Formula is going to be the big one for LS1 cars, then the LT4 cars of 1997.

That goes for EVERY generation, not just boomers. Eventually, restored 5.0 Mustangs will be popular. Then 4th gen f-bodies will be popular. You have got to be kidding if you think the passion doesn't exist today. If anything, it is even greater now with the internet and message boards. Back in the 60's and 70's your passion was only shared by a few buddies in your same town.

F bodies, Evos, Sti's, Civic SI's, Integra Typs R's. All these cars including the F bodies and stangs will be collectors cars. Look at cars like the Supra, RX-7, Integra type R, they command a premium. Why, because they are ultra hard to get now, especially stock and unabused cars. 20 years from now, it will be awesome to see an old school twin turbo supra running door to door with sports cars of the new era.
