I do know its 1 of i believe 492? but i cant find the #

Same here was wondering if there is a number to call or what?
Someone saidif you have a 2000 ws6 u might not get a production#.
I hope that is not true cause i have a
2000 Trans Am Ws6 Red/w ebony inter.

Ive only found this but not sure if itll help

I want to know how to tell which #ws6 my 96 was, I know which number it was in total assembly but not which ws6 it was for just the ws6 production

You'll have to contact SLP for your build number, they converted the 96-97 WS6s

i contacted pontiac and they sent me papers saying mines a real ws6 and stuff like that but still cant get build number for 98 ws6...anyone still doing number checks?

The previous Owner of my car told me if I wanted to verify for myself which car number mine is (mine is CETA258), that I needed to call this GM hotline. So I called it and they did give me the asc number. I was trying to get things like a copy of the original window sticker or anything else, but because I was not the original owner I couldnt do that.

I called 18669524368

I hope this helps someone atleast find they're asc number
