ASC#'s for WS6

The previous Owner of my car told me if I wanted to verify for myself which car number mine is (mine is CETA258), that I needed to call this GM hotline. So I called it and they did give me the asc number. I was trying to get things like a copy of the original window sticker or anything else, but because I was not the original owner I couldnt do that.

yup, me too. Thats what the girl on the phone said and when they got looking the only info they could find was that it had the formula pkg. Funny seeing as it a WS6. I'm thinking that since ASC did the conversions, they'll prolly be the only ones to have those numbers...SLP for earlier models.

i talked to same ppl..they sent me papers saying mines a real ws6 and the build date and a few other thing but not the asc number...iv tried every site and person to find mine and no luck...bout to give up..98 black ws6 makes it alot harder to find i guess

They are missing some info on the year 2000 WS6 cars, he said they are in the middle of the production run and it is about 1700 - 1800 cars. They converted about 7100 cars that year just FYI
If you have a 2000 you might not get your ASC number

I tried every were on this site and on ls1.com myself and dealers don't have that type of information which sucks and someone mentioned a window sticker that would b really cool to own especially for an enthusiast.

trying to find my build number Hello, my fellow F-body fanatics. My name is Justin and I have a good portion of ASC#s but some years as stated in other threads have holes or are pretty non-existent b/c of shady record keeping by ASC. So here's the breakdown. 02CE guys, I have 99-100%. 01-02 guys I have 99-100%. 00 guys, I have cars converted in July and Aug of 99. 99 guys, I have cars converted in Aug through March of 99. 98 guys, I have a good chunk of #'s except for red and black cars.

Hey Justin, my name is Chris. I'm trying to find out my build number, as are many others I'm sure. I know that I have 1 of 24 white, automatic, t-top Formula WS6's made out of 524 total Formula WS6's made. But I'm trying to find my exact build number out of 524 made. Can you help?
