Cool man, it has been a while since I visited this thread.
My TA's best time on a warm day was 12.75 @ 110.59 stock, well 1:85 rockers and mid-length headers, K&N KAI and a Graniteli MAF.

Just stumbled across this, but somehow my name was already on the list! We had a section going way back in the day on LS1.com and had quite a few members. Couldn't find the facebook group...as for fastest, I'm down in the lower 11s now with the spray which I'm sure is nowhere near the top, but there was a guy named George who used to work for TTP, a sponser in the Eastern section. He had I believe an '02 Formula pretty heavily modded down into the bottom 10s, but sold it a couple of years ago.

Yeah it has been a long time myself. From time to time I get an email that the post has been updated. We had a good thing for a while on LS1 and the club was starting up then things just fell apart. I have noticed the same thing with a local car club I had been a member of for 8 years now. We have our ups and downs.
We were just invited to participate in a car show at the Daytona 500 this year. I could not make it, but those that did got to make a lap with their Camaro or Firebird Saturday morning. That was too cool! I did the Return to the Bricks in Indy this last Sept. There participants were allowed to take a pace lap on the Indy 500 track, again too cool. I got pictures...

Nice, that year was a low production year for the model and the Formula is the lowests.
I see your car is in the dealership, from this I take it you are associated with them. Have you ever seen the 2001 Sunbird NHRA Anniversary model?

Add me to the list. 2002 NHRA Formula, A4, Black/Black, T-Tops, had dealer install a stock WS6 hood too.

Good work on gathering all this info. Didn't know these were so rare!

Sweet rides! As for miles on vehicle, I went to the Central Indiana Camaro hosted return to the bricks Sept. 2008 which left my TA with 52K in the OD.
Of course 2.5 miles of that went driven on the Indy 500 track.

Cool, something about a black M6 Trans AM just can not be beat.

I too have a black '02 TA.
Mods:
Trottle Body bypass

160 degree thermostat

Mac Mid-lentgh headers with custom y-pipe and 3" I-pipe and ending in a reverse installed DynoMax Ultra-flow followed by polished Stainless pipe

1:85 Comp Rockers with 1" cover risers

That is most of all that counts.

I do have coil pack relocation kit installed and NKG plugs.
