i'm going to paint mine lime green. that should be sweet, huh?

....... just kidding. but on a serious note = SOMEONE has to know how many were made. carl black didnt know, and gmmg wouldnt answer the phone this weekend. not that it makes the car any faster, but i'd like to know if its 1 of 6, or 1 of 127.

I believe there were 12 Yr One BB Formulas total. 6 or 8 of which were the anniversary edition with the 380HP. Call GMMG, they should be able to tell you the exact specs.

Great thing about the car is it's a GMMG car. You can get it upgraded to a phase II or III. Through them.

1. i DO love the government housing, but i wish i had a bigger garage.

2. what is a ball park estimate for GMMG to upgrade me to a stage II ? and would i lose value in the car?

Original, unmolested 380 HP GMMG cars MIGHT become very desirable in the future. Time will tell.

matt murphy signed my car under the hood. i've tried to call him twice, without success.

my car has 30,000 miles on it. i LOVE driving it, but i'm wondering if it would be wise to drain it, cover it, and store it for 10-20 years (putting no additional miles on it). or is it never really going to be worth enough to miss out on all the years of fun spent driving it?

I think the only F bodies that are going to have any value would be the SOM TA's, Firehawks,CE. 25th,30th.My car is a 2000 very common color ( BLK) and it sits in the garage I have around 34,xxx on it and it's value is the same as one that has 50,xxx miles on it.

From what I've been able to find out, they made 14. I'm taking a wild guess saying your car number is #4 or #5. Where'd you buy the car from? If it was around Savannah than I know the previous owner. I've got a link to pics of mine in my profile. Hopefully, your's is the one my buddy sold, cause when he told me they sold it I was hoping it would find a good home.

Yep, it's his...or actually was his dad's. I talked to him yesterday and found out I was mistaken on the build number. It's #6...I was thinking that the only one built in SOM was #6 but I was mistaken like I said. There should be a brass tag on the front driver's side door jamb with the build number as well.

i have to ask, "why did he sell it?" i bought it from a dodge dealership here in beaufort and they thought it was just a 35th anniversary car. how would such a car get traded in without the owner arguing its unique value? also WHY would he sell the car? just curious

i'm still debating if i should store it for a while from a collectors standpoint, or if i would regret the years lost on enjoying driving the car. will it become something really special and rare one day, or just be a nice car with a cool performance package?
