Question 2000 ws6 vs 2002 ws6

i currently own a 2000 black/black ws6 auto with @ 36000 miles slightly modded with bolt ons nothing crazy. I found a 2002 pewter ws6 manual with black interior with less than 30000 miles completely stock and looks as mint as a 6 year old car could be. My question is would you trade up for the last model year, less miles, 6 speed stock car etc.? i can take all my mods off except for the subframe connectors and maybe leave the exhaust on....is this worth or should i just hold on to the devil that i know and keep saving for the c6 vette i want in the future...the dealer wants 25000 for the pewter.... just looking for some input..thanks..

i would keep what you have, trade in on your 2000 will be 10k, they kill ya, also 25k is alot for the 2002, i bought my 2002 ss camaro, loaded, center mount exhaust, full slp car with 22k miles on it for 24,500 back in 2005.

Pewter sucks and the 2000 has nicer wheels imo. Keep it.

If your ultimate goal is to have the Corvette then I say you are wasting your good money on this 'trade-up'. Keep the car!

That might be a good price on a 200 mile car. No way would I pay $25k for that.

Keep what you have and save up for the C6. It would be a waste of money to trade up to a different model year, when you want a C6.

for 25k it better come with a chick permanently strapped to the passenger seat to deliver miles of road head. otherwise **** that.

wtf how are you even considering this?

Besides the 98-00 cars had a more agressive came than the 01-02 cars. = more hp. lol

I could see if you had an LT1 or something but LS1 to LS1 is not the smartest "trade up".

The dealer is asking too much for the pewter, only 6000 miles difference, not worth it, keep your car then get the vette.
