One of the two holes can't just be drilled and tapped, but the other location can be. If you look at the front of your Lq9, you should see a metal tab just below the head on the block on the driver side of the engine. This is the location where you can drill and tap the one hole. Bob

lucky for me I wont need it till christmas or new years. Slowly but surely getting them in there.

sux we cant fit that holley hi ram under our stock hoods....i wish someone would make a nice metal intake for our cars that clears the stock hood without cutting things and dropping and grinding etc.....being limited to fast's pisses me off

oh but you can spend 1800-2400 dollars on a custom sheetmetal intake that is going to lose tq in the midrange....jeez.

yea, just ordered my exhaust and etc...dual 340's next month, then the bank is going to allow me to grab my rear end suspension and trans instead of waiting.

i am super stoked. my motors been sitting beside the car waiting for this bracket for a looong time. now I can try to find out where the hell these magical holes are that need to be drilled for this bracket. this f1-a has been looking awful lonely too.
