You should be fine replacing your stock narrow band sensor. PLX has directions on how to emulate the narrow band where the PCM still functions as if it is there, Kind of like rear 02 simulators.
VW cars actually use the Bosch LSU sensor (stock) instead of narrow band sensors.
You can also have a shop weld in an extra 02 bung right after your stock upstream narrow band and literally just plug and play this setup.

I don't have a set deadline date, Sales are starting to really pick up. I think this thread is linked on a few more sites.

I'll have to tell the girlfriend I want this for christmas then! Save myself a couple hundred bucks. I just wish more people would give their testimonials on the product since I want to use this for my nitrous application next season.
