do you have any of the black guage ones in stock? do you know if the guage will fit in the ashtray area of an 01 Z06? that cigarette lighter is flimsier then a liberal, and it barely works anyways. ive got HP tuners too.

Yes, i believe we do. Just give us a call to verify.
I believe it will fit. the gauge itself is really thin so it does not need a deep mounting compartment, its 18mm thick including the bezel!

Thanks,
Derek

i have a new innovative cigarette lighter adapter, and it is slightly longer than the plug the plx kit came with. meaning, when i plug the power source end to the plx, it sticks out about 1/8". it does connect, but...anyhow, the plug that came with the kit is flush.

does it matter? anyone?
thanks!

I think it will work, I don't see why it wouldn't. Give it a try and let us know.

ok, i will. maybe get some o rings as washers. the wires on that adapter are a thicker gauge than the one from plx. but, i think that's fine also.

thanks!!

I'm happy you like the kit, I love mine as well!

Honestly if it plugs in and its snug i believe your good to go. Its not like that plug will put out anymore voltage.
Small O-rings couldn't hurt though!
