I'll spray some silicone on them and see if that gets rid of the scratchy screechy noise, thanks for the advice. Just now had a chance to check back on the thread, have been way too busy. i appreciate the offer on the new pads if the noise continues to happen, hopefully this won't be the case but I am happy with the gesture.

I bought mine 4/10/09 and they still look perfect, I guess leaving them out in the elements is to blame?

I was responding to a post Badmfkr made, I guess he deleted it so no wonder my post doesnt make sense.

Heres what he posted (copy and paste from my e-mail notification)
Hi Adam well I was hopping the disc. hats would stay nice however after 2 months there is rust pit marks.

is this expected since they are chinese made?

what would you recommend just painting the hats w/ maybe some ceramic exhaust spary paint?

Yeah, bdmfkr pmed me about it and let me know he didn't want to keep a negative post up until before letting me know about the problem through PM. Then I went and got it quoted anyway LoL. No worries, I've replied to him and I'm glad to hear your rotors are holding up well.
