How will these work with a big lift cam, say the F1 (230/226 .591/.569 112) in the 1.7 ratio?

Just fine. I have seen no issues with them on any lifts yet.

Mine is bigger than that, 230/238 .595/.609 112 and I haven't had a problem yet.

I did not have to use any shims and had no clearance problems. I even pulled the valve covers again just to double check and there were no signs of interference.

Your cam spec's look like a B1 or T1 cam, isn't the ramp rate to extreme to run a 1.8 ratio rocker?

You are correct Smokin' Joe, I have the B1 cam. I asked around and no one mentioned any problems in going with the 1.8s. I am actually dynoing tonight at Raging Motorsports and I will post the results. I will tell everyone that I only have the B1 cam, bolt-ons, no cats, cut-out and my dyno results before the rockers is 377 rwhp and 362 rwtq. Keep you fingers crossed.

Smokin' Joe, the result were inconclusive. Remember last time it was dynoed it did 377 rwhp and 362 rwtq with 90 deg weather in April. This time it was around 50 deg so that might have something to do with it plus I have put about 10k miles on the car since then. Oh, by the way, my car has around 83k miles on it. Anyway, Mark (Raging Motorsports) and I noticed a little valve float with the 1.8s and the 918 springs. I dynoed at around 363 rwhp and 351 rwtq. I was disappointed but, I really don't think it was the rockers that caused the drop. Mark (Raging Motorsports), however, learned are few more tricks with LS1edit so he retuned it (originally tuned back in April) and got it back up to 378 rwhp and 363 rwtq. Props to Raging Motorsports!

This is why I say the results are inconclusive. I should have dynoed right before putting them on and then dynoed right after. Hopefully someone can get some proper dyno numbers.

We are working with them to get an adjustable set out. They will be cheaper than any other adjustable. Should be 2 months they will requier a taller valve cover. We are making a custom aluminum valve cover also that will use the stock seal.

Do they make rockers for the Lt1? Not sure if they're the same. Web site doesn't mention them.

Man do those rockers look nice and the price makes them even more attractive. I'll be picking up a set in a couple of months.

Can I run these with the comp "r" lifters or do I need to get a set of adjustable rockers for these lifters? I've heard mixed reviews on this, just want to make sure I don't jack something up.

I have used them with the Comp R lifters and they work just fine maybe slightly more difficult to setup but work great. The Comp R`s are just a little more picky.

So would it be better to go with an adjustable rocker?

No you would need taller valve covers and it would be even more work. You can just set them with different pushrods or a shim.

We will have adjustables very soon and we will have a set of tall aluminum valve covers if you do want to go that route.

Haven`t got an exact but the rockers will be cheaper than any out now and the valve covers will be about 375-400 and will have all stock fittings and o-ring seal.
