Default Ported/Powdercoated TB SPECIAL!!! CHROME SHAFTS/SPRINGS

The TB's are completely reworked and have everything altered to gain the most air flow possible and they don't look too bad also.

The following modifications are done to the TB:
*Ported to 75mm and Polished Inside
*Inlet is shaped to reduce turbulence
*TB base is Powdercoated any color
*Front of Throttle Shaft is cut off for improved flow
*Throttle Shaft is Powdercoated like chrome
*Return Spring is polished/clear coated
*Throttle blade screws are shortened
*Blade is polished
*Hole is Epoxied in and contoured for best flow
*Copper tubing is used for accuracy for the IAC & PCV Holes
*Throttle Stop is ground to fully open the blade
*Rear of TB is surfaced for a clean fit/finish to the Manifold

This is the breakdown of the prices and options.

Ported with Stock Appearance $110 (normally $130)
Ported/Powdercoated $130 (normally $150)
Ported/Powdercoated WITH CHOME SHAFT/SPRING $165 (normally $190)

***OUTRIGHT PURCHASE OF TB, NO CORE REQUIRED $100 ADDITIONAL!!!!***
***WE HAVE 98/99 AS WELL AS 00+ TB CORES, WE HAVE YOU COVERED!***

We have many pictures of various colors and options for the TB on our webshots page. The last few pics show the NEW CHROME SHAFT/SPRING OPTION!!!!

Core charge is $150, but you can send in your TB if you want. Whatever is convenient for you. It's also $35 *special* for the chrome shaft/spring upgrade if you want.

For an outright purchase (no core required) it's $230 or $265 with the chrome shaft. If you will be sending in your core and want to do it on a core exchange basis, it's $130 or $165 AND $150 core charge upfront (which will be refunded).

I do accept paypal to jantzerperformance@hotmail.com.

Right now I'm pretty well caught up so about 3-4 days. Usually the following friday or monday after you order because the epoxy has to cure for 2 days.

I polished my TB, so I want ot keep it. What would it cost to port it & powder coat it to look like chrome? I would also like the chrome-look on the spring & shaft. (& I'll need a new return spring, I nicked mine when I did the bump stop mod)

Kooyrazy:

PM'd you, Paypal coming shortly.

MSCLCAR:

The like chrome powdercoat is more like SILVER, it's not like chrome really. I would suggest getting another color they all look better than the silver in my opinion unless you have a silver car or something, but don't mistaken it as looking like chrome.

Is the exterior of your TB polished? If so do you not like it or what? I can polish it up better if you want to make it look near chrome if it's just not shiny enough or something. No problem on the return spring, I have about a 100. To port/polish and powdercoat the outside, it's $130. The chrome shaft/spring option is $35. Now if you want me to polish the outside instead of powdercoat it, it's another $50 but will look near chrome. I think that is what you are looking for.

Thanks Scott,

Sounds like $165 to me. Unless you also offer a special for non-powdercoated at $145? I polished my TB myself, and it looks pretty good, but I have to clean it for shows. You know aluminum. So I was thinking this might emilinate that and make it a little shinier. But it's fine the way it is. I guess I can polish it more after I get it back if I want it even prettier. Let me know on the price, & where I need to ship it to.

What is the lead time? I wanted to go dyno in 2 weeks after I get my headers finished. I could ship it to you after that......

Mark,

$165 if you want it powdercoated. If you want to keep the stock polished finish you have and maybe touch it up a little for you, I can do it for $145 + $10 shipping. I can have it done in 3 days from when it comes into the shop and will only take a day or two to get up to washington to you. Send the TB along with a cashier's check, MO, or pay by paypal:

OK Scott, thanks. I will write this down & be back in touch come February. I plan on doing this whil I'm installing the LSX manifold, so when the time comes if it's still 3 days, or it's 5 days, it shouldn't matter. And PayPal works for me. Talk to you soon.

Mark
