Default SS Hood Speical

Hello Everyone, we are offering our SS style hoods for the remainder of Feb. for $525.00 plus a $15.00 boxing charge. Our hoods are the correct design for either the 93-97 models or the 98-02 models. If you come up with a stock looking lightweight SS hood, alot of guys here would be all over it. Myself included.

Here is a pic of what the ASCD SS hood looks like on my Z/28 fit and finish are great had it on the car for 2 years now plus I have the SS spoiler never had an issue. No prop work needed just the basic sanding of the hood for primer

Rex, how much does your SS hoods currently wiegh? I have been keeping my eyes peeled for a light wieght factory looking SS hood for awhile and have never seen one. Is it possible to make a bolt on SS hood around the 20lbs mark?

I'd say 15 lbs for a pin on, and 25 for a bolt on.

Hello If I built one that weight with fiberglass( 20- 25 lb. )it would have problems. Carbon fiber will work, but it cost quite a bit more to manufacture. See Ya Rex

hey rex, how much would an SS hood with the needed airbox be for a 2002 Z28, and the site says your hoods only go to 2000, is there an 01-02 section? thanks in advance

Hello We have been slow updating our web site I guess since we manufacture our onw products something has been let behing.
