Nate,
If I go with the 1.8s, should I pick up some hp as well as making my motor "safer"? And if I plan to install a nice cam & head combo later, would that probably mean I'd have to replace the 1.8s if I went that way? Also, do you recommend replacing the pushrods too (with a stock cam)? I'm looking at these not only for drag racing, but for a 100 mile open road race next year (125mph bracket).
Thanks
Mark

Thanks Nate!
Yes, I know....my buddy Boyce got a set from you. Springs too eh? I was figuring on those for the cam for higher rpms, but I see the logic for higher lift. I was hoping to go cheap for 2 years until I replaced the heads / cam. Sigh. So do you sell pushrods? If so, how much would it be for them & the rockers? Are they in stock and what brand are the pushrods?

This year I will only do some drag racing. The open road will come next year. The problem is I have blown past my mod budget for the year, but my valve train makes me nervous now with ~450 flyhweel hp. I think I can force the rockers & pushrods onto the national debt, but once you talk springs, then you might just as well get titanium retainers & keepers.....maybe even new studs. And I just can't swing all that now. Since I have my shift points set @ 6k, and the rev limiter set at 6190, do you think I can live thru 1 season with the stock springs & the 1.8s? (no warranty implied )

Chris we changed directions with them we are trying to get a set to fit under the stock valve covers. We have a set working in testing so I don`t think it will be too long. Just want to be absolute sure we have no problems.

Just want to be absolute sure we have no problems. Well what we had is not going to be good enough for what we need so we are trying some new things. It is just a little hectic and time is always an issue. We are working on it and hope to have something soon but I am not sure exactly when it will be perfect. Sorry for the delay on these but we want to get you the best product we can.
Thanks Nate
