1) The steel components and ratchet are made in Taiwan, and the electronics and assembly are done in Malaysia. Our repair/calibration facility is located in Chicago in case anything does need to be done to the wrench.

2) At this point in time, it can only be re-calibrated by our facility in Chicago. We charge $30 for this, including shipping back to you via UPS (if you are withing the lower 48 states).

The reaction has been really great, so we are going to extend the special for another two weeks until 1/15.

Happy New Year.

Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons, we can't have people come to our facility to pick-up units. Also, while the cost of shipping is less locally, we also have to pay sales tax in Illinois - so it ends up being a wash.

I bought one of these this past Fall and am just super pleased with the performance and capabilities.

Now I'm waiting for the 3/8" drive guys and if the Torque Angle gets added, mark me down for another one!

We just found out that our sponsorship is running until the end of the month, so you have another two days if you want a torque wrench!
