Ordered on 3/21/15 and it's still not here. Left a voicemail and PM on Friday. I'm only one state away, what's going on?

 

I got mine rather quick. Brian tooley had them port some for him, and they sent them back quick.

 

Yea, I'm not sure whats going on with them. I sent another PM this morning. I've been watching the account activity and they are logging on multiple times a day. It really sucks when the oil pump is the only thing holding my motor up from being done and the company won't communicate with their customers.

 

Hey bud, sorry I'm just now getting to this. Not sure about our log in status but I haven't actually been on here in a couple of weeks lol. Your package was dropped off at the post office last week and should have been to you by now. We emailed you an "order completed" notification that had the tracking information on it. If you did not get it, I apologize. Via the tracking number, it doesn't look like USPS has even shown an update on the tracking number itself. I will call them first thing in the morning and figure out what is going on but I believe we dropped that pump off to them on Thursday of last week.

I had real good luck contacting them on fb. These days, it's the best means as most companies use social media for advertising. The lsx monsters page is a good way to get info and replies.

 

I saw that the pump was finally accepted into USPS possession today. It still is disappointing that a product ordered on a Friday is not shipped until almost a week later.

 

Well, mistakes happen. Who knows.

I know my ported oil pump is coming from them though.
