Default The Bracketeer - Fire Extinguisher Bracket for GM

Hi everyone,

The Bracketeer has just signed on as forum sponsor!

I manufacture and sell a Universal Fire Extinguisher Bracket that fits almost every GM vehicle from 1965 to present.

The Bracketeer Universal Car Fire Extinguisher clamps securely onto the front of the seat rail, putting the extinguisher out of the way, but within easy reach if needed.

To kick off my sponsorship, I would like to offer forum members a special discount of 20% Off - simply use the coupon code "LS1Tech" at checkout at http://www.thebracketeer.com

I have sold over 1,000 since launching last year, with a large number of those being installed in Camaros, Corvettes and G8s.

What can be used in the case of my old Buick that has a bench slider?

Yeah that's a tough one.

I know in the Chevelle's with a bench seat, there is still the mounting point under the carpet for the bucket. If this is the case, you may be able to use the outer bolt mount for the bench and then secure onto the inner mount point that is not currently being used.

I'll do some checking next time I pull my car out of storage.

Thank you!

Very nice bracket! Just what I needed to mount my H3R HG250 extinguisher.

Yes it will in most cases ... I have fitted many behind the passenger seat on the rails.

That's where I recommend installation on BRZ/FRS, 997 Porsche, Miata and many other 2-door cars where the back seat is either non existent, or doesn't have room for passenger.

Here are a few such installs:

Thanks NitrOmm!

I just processed the order - you should have just received an email with the tracking number - it will ship tomorrow.

Let me know if you have any questions during the install.

Simon
