I would recommend all FMS cams. Just put one in my car and i am very happy with my times so far. Made 421hp and 400tq f13 cam with custom ported LS1 heads on an automatic. Numbers are even more impressive but cant say those. Got a race coming up. Candy knows =) Thanks Candy. Customer Service is great!

I'm running 5.3L Stage 2 Racing Heads (CNC and hand ported) thats milled 0.010" with 2.055/1.60 valves, 61cc and 11.0:1 CR. I have long tube headers and plan to install 3.90 gears. Can you or Allan recommend a custom grind with great driveability and street manners? I'm looking to gain 25+ horsepower over my 220/220 .564/.564 114 cam, and was wondering how much of a gain in torque I could expect at the rear wheels. Can someone provide some performance gain info based on actual experiences?
Thanks, Mike
