I hate to be a jerk but I am getting a little concerned with our purchase as we have no wideband and no feedback. I got in touch with dynojet myself and here is what they wrote.

Justin,
The Wide Band Commander is available and there has not been any delay within
the last few months. Who have you been dealing with?

Subject: Wideband commander purchase
Hello, I was wondering if there is a big wait to buy a dynojet wideband
commander? The guy I ordered it from says that he is waiting on the
manufacture (you I presume) and he has claimed this for over a month now.
Is there really that big of a wait?
Thanks in advance,
Justin

I want to know whats going on.

Justin,
Unfortunately, I do not show an order open for them and I don't list them as
a dealer, so maybe they are going through a different avenue to get these
units.

Phil, I appreciate the input because I am really concerned with this
purchase. I have listed his information below. Do you know of him or if he
has placed an order?
His name is Jose with Forced Inductions.

I have tried to call. No real person there and I left a message to call me back. I don't understand this. Jose made it sound like he was in contact with the company. I want to give Jose a chance to respond but if I don't hear something today I well send a charge back to amex. The ball is in his court for now.

I am also wanting to give fair chance but its one right after another and I still have no wideband. If I do not get a wideband soon I will be disputing the charge

Jeez, it hasn't even been 3 weeks. He stated on the 15th he hadn't received them yet, so in under 10 days he was suppossed to have received them in bulk, repackage them individually, ship them and you guys receive them?? It'll take 3-5 days alone for the ground shipping from Jose to you.
As for Dynojet's response, he said there is no open order for him, meaning his order may have shipped and closed already. He also could have placed the order through any authorized Dynojet dealer, and Dynojet wouldn't know the difference.
And calling him the day before a big holiday(around noon of all times)?? How many of you/your co-workers are out of the office traveling or what not?
Not trying to be a jerk, just making some observations. I do agree that there should be more communication as to what is going on with the order, though.

Hmmmmm Why do you say I called at 12 noon????????All I wanted was some info. This other stuff can be explained away. So I guess the shop is closed today???? is that what you are saying???? You do what you please and so will I. Geeez you e-mail and don't get a response then call and it's a bad time.

Sorry, I read your post as if you had just then tried calling, I apologize. Whether the shop is open or not, I have no clue, I was mearly trying to point out that was a possibility, I'm sure they have family as well. I did say communication should be better(posting, calling, emailing, etc.). I haven't personally tried contacting Jose, but I haven't seen reason to yet.
Group Purchases take time, I bought into this one understanding that. So as you said, "You do what you please and so will I"
No hard feelings, I'm just bored at work and thought I would give my two cents.

Well the only reason im worrying is
1. No feedback
2. No wideband
3. Stuff is not making sence
His very first post is listed below
I guess im just under the impression that he was going to contact them directly (I dont know what would give me that impresson ) but when I contact them directly they dont even know him or his company or have any orders with him.

He has a message board on his website. I'm trying to get him to reply to us there. Seems like voicemails, emails, and the board aren't working
