That is parts and labor only. It is using your core.

Hey Matt.

What is the turnaround on the build and install? Do you actually rebuild ours or just take it as a core? I have a leaky rear main seal and possibly a bad 1-2 syncro so I may need/want to go this route if I don't have any luck with the dealer. Thanks

We rebuild yours. We inspect all units if there is any other bad parts, i.e. gear/synchro sleeves/etc. we can inform the customer and see if they would like to replace that also. There is no additional labor on changing gears/etc.

Turnaround time is 2-3 days.

Outright with no core it is $2395.00 fully built with all brand new gears, syncho assemblies, syncho rings, shift pads, shift forks, input/output shafts, etc.

With rebuilding a unit with brand new synchro assemblies (1-2, 3-4, 5-6, Rev) it would be another $425.00 for these assemblies. No additional labor.

Estimated FWTQ handling is 700 on our brand new units.

Given that the transmission is in excellent condition with our normal A-K build it should hold that power.

Hey Matt,
Left you a VM yesterday. Please excuse my ignorance. Are the synchros you use different/better/stronger than the stock ones? I think I need a new 1-2 synchro and hell i'll just get them all replaced if it is an upgrade. I'll do the clutch too. Dealers are being ******** about my headers and duals.

LS1Power: Look at most of the transmission companies that build performance units, they all offer 1 year /12000 mile warranty. The problem with putting a warranty on the transmissions is that even when the unit is abused/misused the tranny builder still takes the heat.
