Headers are gonna be $$$$$$$$$$$$
But a nice single 3in with a round race muffler kit exiting on one side or perhaps a set of 3 to 2.5in dumps with round race muffler and turndowns would be nice too.

I looked into 321 SS its 25% lighter than 304 SS---->.92lb a foot in 20 gauge so if u needed 2 muffler that weighed say 3lbs each and 10 foot of pipe plus insidentals I'd say u could mock up a dual system with dumps and your total weight would be 20lbs MAX...

Burns doesnt sell inconel or Ti in larger tubing than 2in according to there book.
I might try the 321 SS and Burns LW race mufflers w/turndowns.

Its not cheap 350 for the pipe,300 for the mufflers,20 buck for hangers and welding rod.I guess it would cost me about 700 to mock it up,I think it would work as well as a single cutout and save about 15 to 20 lbs.
