I emailed you guys friday and they said they needed my name its TOSTO. I'll try here because still no answer on my email.
I found that you did receive an answer to Friday's e-mail. That reply was -

I'll need your last name to check on this for you. Customers that live close to us will receive theirs first while it takes longer to arrive at locations that are farther away.

You really need to give things time to happen. I did say that you would receive a reply today. I personally took care of that before I left tonight
We reply to most e-mails in 24 hours during the week. Some are even answered in a few hours. There usually isn't someone in the office on the weekend so all of that e-mail would be worked on Monday. Today was the 5th busiest day that we've had in 8 years so things were a little hectic. Everything was taken care of by the end of the day though. Your pump should be arriving in the next few days. Pretty much the same time that others on the West Coast see theirs.

Your welcome! Carol caught that a few days ago so she had one shipped directly from them at that point. You should see it in the next few days. Please let me know if it doesn't arrive by Wednesday afternoon.

just tracked my package and it finally shipped out yesterday 2.28
and has no estimated delivery date due to adverse weather conditions. wtf. im dissapointed that it took a month after the gp ended for a shipment, and who knows when i will have the box at my doorstep.

Sounds like you had the other one that needed a thermostat. I'm surprized that it took that long for Meziere to fill our order. We've ordered larger numbers of water pumps in the past and received them sooner. I think they might have been in between production runs at the time. They are still a good company though

got mine today........but there is a problem. i ordered a polished unit, and i got a black one here. puzzled i am. possibly its playing a trick on me and when i look the other way it turns polished, or i just got the wrong part, i am leaning towards the 2nd.
