Any chance I could get a tracking number so I can see when mine is coming? I have to get a friend to go pick it up so it doesnt sit in front of the housein case I am working late.

It has been a while since the initial order but the hold up was at Meziere. Now the hold up appears to be my bad luck and half truths when a sponsor say THEY ALL SHIPPED TODAY, when in reality NO THEY HAVENT cause UPS hasnt picked mine up yet.

I got mine today so great service and communication as far as I have been concerned. As said I still haven't opened it yet so as long as it's red I have had a smooth transaction and would use them and recommend them to other friends for business

It wasn't half truth but more of a mis-communication here. The thermostats that we have for the Meziere pumps are only used for these pumps and I didn't realize that there were only "x" number of thermostats for "x" number of pumps so I grabbed two for some jobs that we were doing. When you posted that you didn't receive your tracking number yet I didn't think that was a big deal. Figured UPS didn't send it for some reason. Then saw your post about it not going out so I asked what happened. That's when I was told that everything was being tagged to go out but there weren't enough thermostats. They had to be ordered (only takes a day or two to come in). Last I knew before today is everything had gone out. I'm sorry about that.

Can you tell me where mine is its a race pump it has no t-stat so whats the hold up on mine? I have never recieved a tracking # either?

All orders are placed by regular names (not screen names) so I can't tell you guys anything without knowing who you are. Just shoot us an e-mail or call on Monday. Someone can check on that for you.

mine came yesterday, and i have no complaints. as said, the initial hold-up was at mezeire, and i got it almost right away once tom said he had them. i appreciate the good service, thanks tom
